Messy Jesse’s began its flavorful adventure in Burnsville, MN, amidst the 2020 recession, launching as an innovative food truck with a passion for transforming traditional dishes. Our bold flavors quickly captured attention, and we soon expanded across the Midwest, gracing county festivals, food truck extravaganzas, music events, and private gatherings with our unique culinary creations.

After an exciting journey of growth and discovery, we’re ecstatic to return to where it all began. Our new food hall in Burnsville is a homecoming, where we’ll bring a fresh twist to beloved classics and offer the same unforgettable tastes that have made us a Midwest favorite. I was Ubering and came across this truck MJ's steak and chicken. I had a rider so I dropped them off and came back 10 miles to try this place out and it was worth it. Jesse is absolutely awesome and you can tell how serious he is about great food. I'm recommending this place to all!! Come and get it! You won't be disappointed!

Love love love this MJ*S. Good customer service. Great tasting food. My new favorite, when I get fuel or just doing errands I stop and get a meal. Spoke with the owner last time, big things to come in the future. I would definitely give them a try. Taste for yourself.

Ordered the spicy slaw sandwich and it was delicious!! Definitely going back to try their original sandwich. The fries are bomb!! Best fries I've ever had. The breading on them is so unique! A must try. 👌

Man oh man...I heard the sandwiches here were good, that's a understatement! These sandwiches are the BOMB!!! So much tender meat stuffed inside, plus the cheese, onion and mushrooms(I'm not a fan, but I ate them)!!! It was so much food. We got the steak and chicken, so we could try both!!! Definitely going back!!!

Ordered the Original Messy steak sandwich with side of fries from the food truck. The steak was delicious, the melted cheese, toasted bun and toppings all came together perfectly. The fries were nicely crisped and very good. The rest of the menu looked very good and hopefully I'll get a chance to try more of it.
